BARRE-Jeanie A. (Paddock) Zeek, 61, of Barre died Sunday, September 5, 2010, with her loving family by her side, following a six year illness.



She leaves her husband, Stephen Decatur; her three daughters, Dawn M. Zeek and her fiancé Steven Bott of Millbury, Tracy L. Dupuis and her husband Robert Dupuis, III of Worcester, and Kelly J. Zeek and her fiancé Matthew Bernier of Hudson; her mother, G. Jean (Castor) Paddock of Shrewsbury; her four brothers, Terry, Timothy, Paul and William Paddock; her two sisters, Ginger Iagallo and Patricia Wood; her three grandchildren, Jazmin, Joshua and Jacob Dupuis; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Charles Paddock. Jeanie was born in California, and was raised in Shrewsbury. She graduated from Shrewsbury High School and later received and Associates Degree. Jeanie worked for Allegro Microsystems, Worcester for many years in several different departments within the company prior to her illness. She loved the beach, enjoyed dancing and gardening.



Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Wednesday, September 8th from 6-8 PM in the Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home, 648 Main Street, Shrewsbury. Her funeral will be held on Thursday, September 9th from the funeral home with a funeral Mass celebrated at 11 AM in Saint Mary’s Church, 640 Main Street, Shrewsbury. Following cremation, burial will be private.
