Obituary for Elaine A Bartlett (Leveille)
Elaine A. (Leveille) Bartlett, 89, of Auburn died Tuesday January 23, 2018 in the Odd Fellows Home in Worcester surrounded by her loving family
Elaine was born and raised in Marlborough daughter of the late Eugene and Ora (Jacques) Leveille. She graduated from St. Ann’s Academy in Marlborough.
Elaine was a fulltime mother and caregiver to her family, a job that she loved more than anything. Later in her life, when her children were grown she had worked for several several years at Data General before she retired.
She was a member of Saint Joseph’s Church where she was a member of it’s choir. Elaine enjoyed dancing, sewing and loved watching old movies with her family.
She leaves her four loving daughters, Linda M. O’Brien and her husband Tom, Patricia A. Israelian and her husband Harvey, Carol L. Mulvey and her husband Patrick all of Auburn and Vicki L. Krom and her husband Mark of North Grovnerdale, CT; nine grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren; a brother, Richard Leveille of Hudson and a sister, Gloria Curley of Hudson; a sister-in-law and best friend Evelyn Bartlette of Auburn; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Elaine’s family on Saturday January 27, 2018 from 9:00-10:30 am in the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central Street, Auburn. Her funeral Mass will follow and will be celebrated at 11:00 am in Saint Joseph’s Church, 189 Oxford St. North. Auburn. Burial will take place in Hillside Cemetery, Auburn.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Massachusetts (www.alz.org)
