Philip A. Nims, Jr., 66, of Worcester died unexpectedly while shoveling snow on January 28, 2015.

He is predeceased by his parents, Philip A. Nims, Sr. and Barbara M. Nims. He is survived by his sister, Nancy Nims-Gentry and her husband, Grover Gentry, two nephews, Michael Day and Michalyn Ethier and their children, Olivia, Alexia and Emma Day; and Ryan Day and his wife, Amanda.

Phil was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hunting and hiking. He truly loved being with his family and friends. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral arrangements are private and burial will be held at a later date. If you wish, you may make a contribution in Phil’s name to your favorite charity.
