I had the good fortune and distinct privilege of meeting Joyce at the Auburn Senior Center. I will always remember her as a proud person, a wonderful woman and a lovely lady. May she now rest in peace and enjoy eternal and everlasting life.

My condolences to Joyce's family. Joyce was so welcoming and made the people she met feel so special. Her kindness was so appreciated. Joyce welcomed my mother to the senior center and offered to assist her when she needed that extra help. I always knew mom was in good hands when Joyce was there. Joyce will be missed.

So truly sorry to hear about the passing of Joyce. She was an amazing woman who i had the pleasure playing cards with the last 10 plus years of her life. She was a great organizer good sense of humor and had compassion beyond anybodys expectations. She will be sadly missed

Though I never met this beautiful lady face to face, I know what an awesome mother and grand-mother she has been. She left some awesome marks of love and dignity on her son(my uncle) Eddie and all of his beautiful children. I know they will be joining her in their heavenly home at their appointed time, she has made sure of that. God bless all of her family and friends. What a beautiful woman, Mrs. Plante was. I am very sorry to read of your loss. With her accomplishments, her love and joys, she was an amazing woman! I won't pretend to know what you're going through, but what has helped me deal with the loss of those I love, is turning to the Scriptures, something that has been a real source of comfort. One Scripture that gives me hope is, John 11:25, which says, "Jesus said to her: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." I hope that this verse will also comfort you and, I hope you and your family can get through this difficult time. Please accept my condolences for the loss of your beloved mother, grandma and friend. Joyce what a beautiful lady inside and out. I'll never forget your kindness working with you at Holy Cross Hogan Center. I have lots of fond memories us working together and our great crew at the time. You was a great Function manager always a pleasure working side by side with you. There is far too much to say about the beautiful woman my mother Joyce had been her whole life. To me her biggest accomplishment was surviving bringing me up into the man I have become. I know now how proud she was of me and all by siblings. I will miss her everyday for the rest of my life.
