He enlisted in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, serving as a UH-1 repairman and receiving multiple medals of honor, including the Purple Heart. Returning home, he began working as a Manager for Iandoli’s Supermarket and District Manager at Cumberland Farms for several years prior to opening his own company, Freedom Security. He later worked for an ADT dealership until retirement.

In his free time, Wayne loved spending time in the outdoors and at his cabin in Maine. In the 70’s, he was a Cub Scout Leader, something he enjoyed being a part of.

Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his beloved wife of 19 years, Linda (DeBeradinis) Fuller. Wayne leaves his children, Sean Fuller and wife Lisa, of Mapleville, RI, and Shari Richardson, of Hubbardston; his grandchildren, Hannah Fuller, of Marlborough, Justin Richardston, of Springfield, and Marissa and Jacqueline Richardson, of Hubbardston; his sisters, Judith Shilale and husband Richard, of Auburn, and Deborah Ricardi and husband Joseph, of Worcester; along with several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mission 22 (https://mission22.com).
