Steven R. Collins, 24, of Providence, RI and formerly of Auburn, MA died unexpectedly on Friday, October 19, 2018 at his home in Providence.

Born in Worcester, the son of Steven K. Collins and Terri (Lappin) Collins, Steven was raised in Auburn and attended Auburn High. He was the Garde Manger Chef at the Salted Slate in Providence.

In his free time, he was an avid musician and artist who enjoyed rollerblading. He earned his Black Belt in Karate.

Steven is survived by his mother Terri (Lappin) of Auburn, father Steven K. Collins and his companion Dian Germain of Spencer, beloved sister Siobhan Collins of Auburn, sister Danielle Collins Warren of Arkansas, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his brother Tavis Collins.

Services for Steven will be celebrated in private by his family.
