Condolence From: Nancy L Woron
Condolence: Helen was the "quintessential friend" of Shrewsbury; almost everyone knew Helen and Helen knew almost everyone. Her greeting to everyone was equally warm no matter who it was!

I believe she had an "enlarged heart" not as a disease but instead from loving and accepting everyone no matter whom.

I will miss Helen sorely, but be comforted by having known such a stellar friend.

Condolence: Helen always made you feel at ease when you were around her. I met Helen while visiting a friend at her most beloved spot,
"the pool". I enjoyed many a fun day in her company and looked forward to the times when I saw her. I am glad to have gotten to know her over the years and she will be missed. Our beautiful "mayor" of the pool! Rest in peace my friend.

Condolence: My heart is broken now that this beautiful woman has left God's earth. She truly was a blessing to everybody who was lucky enough to know her, myself included. We have been friends for many years and even though we didn't see each other a lot she was always genuinely happy to hear from me and was always surprised when I remembered her birthday each year. She cared for my daughter, treated me like part of her family, shared many Friday night dinners and Saturday coffees and so, so many summer days at the pool!
