AUBURN- Nancy E. (Eaves) Marshall, 81, of Auburn died Sunday, February 14, 2016 in Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester surrounded by her loving family.

Nancy was born in Peterborough, N.H., daughter of the late Harland and Annie L. (Towle) Eaves. She graduated from Peterborough High School in 1952 and Becker Junior College in 1954. Nancy worked after graduation as a Bookkeeper for American Optical in Keene NH and then for various Worcester area companies throughout the years. She was an Avon Lady for over 30 years were she became a proud member of its Presidents Club.

Nancy was a member of Saint Thomas Episcopal Church in Auburn and sang for many years in its choir. She was a member of the National Campers and Hikers Association and held several state and local offices in the group. She enjoyed square and round dancing, doing various crafts and loved cats, and cardinals.

Her husband, E. Bruce Marshall died in 1991. She leaves three sons, Wayne B. Marshall of Auburn, his ex-wife Sandra Benham of Worcester, Brent H. Marshall and his wife Robin of Tiverton, RI and Keith R. Marshall and his wife Dianna of North Brookfield; a daughter, Diana R. Mongeau of Auburn; also survived by ten grandchildren; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews, her sister-in-law Sandra Cook of Carway, Alberta, Canada. She was predeceased by two sisters, Barbara Craig and Laura Seavey and a grandson, Wayne Marshall, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Nancy’s family on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 12:00-2:00PM in the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central Street, Auburn. . A service celebrating her life will begin at 2 PM. Burial will be private.
